* You can benefit from the advantage of 7 year-warranty no matter if you have a new white good you have just purchased from Arçelik or an old one which is still in its warranty period.

* In order to receive your 7-year warranty certificate; remember to keep your 7-year warranty booklet with "Authorized Dealer" and "Customer" boxes fully filled in, and the dealer part cut off and taken.  

* After the authorized dealer connects the white good, fills in the information in the "Authorized Service" field, and tears off the dealer part, visit your dealer every month with your 7-year warranty booklet.

* In each visit, ask your dealer to sign one of the boxes against an amount of YTL 1 you will pay. Besides, do not forget that you must also have one of the 6 check boxes above "36 months" field signed by your dealer. After all boxes are signed, ask your dealer to call Arçelik Call Center on your behalf.

* Your authorized dealer will soon deliver you the 7-year warranty certificate. Remember to give your booklet back to the dealer when you receive your certificate.

* The white goods that are included in the 7–year warranty are refrigerators, built-in refrigerators (counter-level and top door deep-freezers excluded), ovens, built-in ovens (mini midi and microwave ovens excluded), dish washers, built-in dishwashers, washing machines and dryers.

* This certificate is valid with the issuing authorized dealer only, provided that the information on the back is fully filled in by the authorized dealer.

* This certificate cannot be endorsed or cashed.

* If this certificate is lost, the invoice or a valid ID must be presented to the Arçelik Authorized Dealer the product was purchased from.
