FAQ's

The oven light is a special bulb that can resist high temperatures. Before replacing it, make sure that your oven is off and cool. Consult your user manual to locate the bulb. If you’re having trouble finding your manual, download it here using your product’s model number.

Remove the lamp cover and the bulb by turning them anti-clockwise. Replace light bulb with the same type as specified in the user manual. Secure the bulb in position by turning it clockwise. Replace the cover and turn it clockwise too.

Yes, this is normal.

When gas burns, the primary combustion products are carbon dioxide and water in the form of steam. This causes some fogging as the oven heats up. Once the oven reaches the set temperature, the moisture will dissipate, and the fog will clear up. Foods that have high moisture levels like turkey and fish may cause more condensation than usual.

Gas ovens use igniters to start their burners. These igniters make a ticking or clicking sound that’ll stop once the burners have started. If the igniter is moist, the sound may continue for longer.

If the clicking doesn’t go away, the ignition switch could be stuck. If you suspect that to be the case, contact an authorised service agent.

It’s normal for your oven to make a humming noise while it’s running or right after you’ve switched it off. This is the sound of the automatic cooling fan which helps cool the oven and its electrical controls. The fan will run for a while after the oven has been turned off. It’ll stop automatically when the oven has cooled down.

If your appliance isn’t operating normally while making this noise, contact an Authorised Service Agent.
