Ingredients:
- 500 g turkey breast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 50 g date
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g whole wheat flour
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 100 g breadcrumbs
For the Dip:
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
- 1 tsp water
Step by Step:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Ground the turkey breast and unseeded date, combine the mixture with paprika,
salt, garlic and onion powder, one egg and olive oil.
3. Shape it like nuggets.
4. Prepare 3 bowl. First flour with a pinch salt. Crack eggs to other bowl, whisk with
milk. Last one combine breadcrumbs with a pinch salt, pepper and paprika.
5. First coat in flour then dip it in eggs then breadcrumbs.
6. Place nuggets to a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes then upturn the nuggets and
bake 10 more minutes.
7. Serve with honey mustard dip. Enjoy!
