Ingredients:
● 2 pieces (340 g) ribeye steak
● 1 sweet red apple, sliced
● 2 cups lettuce
● 1 cup arugula
● ½ cup red cabbage, chopped
● ¼ cup goat cheese
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● 1 tsp salt
● 1 tsp pepper
For the dressing;
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 1 tbsp honey
● 1 tsp mustard
● 1 tsp salt
● 1 tsp pepper
Step by step
1. In a large bowl, mix the dressing ingredient. Combine lettuce, arugula, red cabbage
and permission in the same bowl. Set aside.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the steaks.
3. Heat the pan in the oven well. Add oil and heat up. Place steaks on the pan and cook
both sides for 3 minutes (for medium-rare). Also you can use Beko ovens too. Beko

5. Pour melted butter on steaks with spoon.
6. Place steaks on cutting board and rest for 5 minutes. And slice long pieces.
7. Portion salad to two serving plates, and place steaks on top. Sprinkle goat cheese
and serve it. Enjoy!
