Ingredients:
- 25 ml Espresso
- 40 g melon
- A green apple
Step by Step:
1. Add melon (with the seeds) in a blender, cut the apple in half, peel half, and add.
Blend them for one minute. When it has a smooth white consistency, strain into a
saucepan.
2. Heat milk to 75 degrees Celsius.
3. Pour hot espresso into a mug and pour the heated melon milk over the espresso.
