Ingredients:

  • ½ cup kefir
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

 

For the Topping:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp sliced almond
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp honey

Step by Step:

 

1. Blend frozen fruits until get small pieces, add kefir, banana and spinach and blend

until smooth texture.
