Ingredients:
- 375 g peanut butter
- 113 g honey
- 35 g ground flax seed
- 22 g rolled oats, slightly ground (oat flour works too)
- 1 tsp g salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 40 g dark chocolate, chopped
Step by Step:
1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.
2. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips. Stir and mix
ingredients until combined. The mixture should resemble cookie dough.
3. Using your hands, press the mixture into the prepared pan.
4. Place chopped dark chocolate on top.
5. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes to make cutting easier. You can speed
up this process by placing the bars in the freezer for 10 minutes.
6. Once the bars are chilled and hold their form, use the parchment paper to lift the
bars out of the pan. Evenly cut into 4 bars or more.
