Ingredients
● 200 ml boiled chickpea juice
● 10 g vanilla powder
● 150 g pumpkin pure
● 20 g vegan cream
● 1 tbsp crushed walnuts
Step by step
1. Beat boiled chickpea juice and vanilla powder until white foam.
2. Mix pumpkin puree and cream
3. Slowly add the mixtures to each other with the help of a spatula and mix.
4. Add to bowls and leave in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
5. Serve with crushed walnuts and cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
