Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup oats
- Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 eggs
- ½ grated apple
- 55 ml of honey
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon coconut oil
Step by step
1. Preheat oven to 355ºF.
2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon).
3. Stir in oil, honey, egg, vanilla, raisins, apple, and milk, adding enough milk to moisten the flour and oats and make a dough that sticks together.
4. Form balls with the dough. Place the balls of dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and press down on the tops a bit with your fingers.
5. Bake 12-15 minutes until firm to the touch. Cool and enjoy.
