Easy and delicious: Green Olive Salad
Its always easy and delicious to eat out or order take out. But sometimes you may want to have a homemade meal with you when you are not at home. Here we have a great recipe for those times. Prepare it in the evening and put it in your bag, whether at the office or at school, to eat whenever you feel like it.

Ingredients
● 2 cup green olives
● 10 cherry tomatoes
● 2 sweet green pepper
● ½ cup scallion, chopped
● 1 cucumber, take out seeds
● ½ cup feta cheese, dice
● 3 slice whole wheat bread
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● 1 tsp paprika
● 1 tsp dried thyme
● 1 cup bread croutons
For the dressing;
● ½ lemon juice
● 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 1 tsp salt
● 1 tsp chili flakes
Step by step:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C; prepare a baking tray with a baking sheet.
2. Cut bread cube shape and mix with olive oil, paprika and dried thyme in a bowl.
Place in a baking tray and roast for 10 minutes, until slices of bread become crunch and
golden. Rest it until it cools down.
3. Put 2 cups of olives in warm water and rest for 10 minutes.
4. Blend dressing ingredients until it become a smooth texture. Set aside.
5. Cut tomatoes to four, green pepper and cucumber to medium dice. Mix in a bowl.
Drain olives and add to the bowl with chives.
6. Sperate the salad into two plates, place feta cheese on top and drizzle dressing.
Serve with bread croutons. Enjoy!
