Ingredients
● 2 wholes green bananas
● 1 cucumber
● 8 pieces dried tomatoes in warm water.
● 6 leaves lettuce
● 8 pieces prawns, ready to cook
● 4 pieces watercress
● 500 ml water
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● 1 tsp salt
● 1 tsp paprika
For the dressing;
● 1 lime juice
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 1 tbsp honey
● 1 tsp grape vinegar
● 1 tsp salt
Step by step
1. Bring to a boil 500 ml water in a pot. Cut the ends of bananas, boil bananas in water
for 10 minutes and drain.
2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan; cook prawns on both sides for 2 minutes; add salt and
paprika. Take a side.
3. In a large bowl, shred lettuce and watercress to bite pieces with your hand. Cut
cucumber and boiled bananas round shape in the side and add to the bowl. Drain dried
tomatoes and add to the bowl.
4. Blend all dressing ingredients until smooth texture.
5. Spread salad onto the two serving plates and place prawns on top. Drizzle dressing
and serve. Enjoy!
