Ingredients
● 2 persimmons
● 4 dates
● 1 avocado
● 2 tbsp cacao
● 2 cups warm water
For the topping;
● 2 tbsp pistachio
● 2 tbsp coconut flakes
Step by step
1. Take dates’ seeds and place in a bowl, pour warm water, soak for 10 minutes. Drain
it.
2. Peel the skin, take out the seeds from persimmon and avocado.
3. Combine ingredient in a chopper and blend until smooth texture.
4. Portion the mixture to two serving bowl. Serve with pistachio and coconut flakes.
