A recipe that will add flavor to every meal of the day: 3 Grapes Salad

 

Grapes are one of the most beautiful fruits of summer. It is colorful and very tasty. It is made with just three ingredients - red grapes, green grapes, and blue grapes - and can be assembled in minutes. The salad is best served chilled, so it is perfect for making ahead of time. The sweetness of the grapes is offset by the tangy dressing, making for a refreshing and satisfying salad.

Ingredients for 2

  • 50 g Champagne grapes

  • 50 g seedless green grapes

  • 50 g seedless black grapes

  • ½ cup coconut yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp labneh cheese

  • 1 tbsp honey

For the granola;

  • ½ cup old fashion rolled oat

  • 1 tbsp almonds

  • 1 tbsp raisins

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp sea salt

Step by step

  1. Preheat the oven 180°C.

  2. Combine all granola Ingredients in a baking tray with a baking sheet. Spread the mixture into a layer. Bake for 6 minutes, until everything gets golden and crispy. Rest for a cool down.
