Bulghur, which is a very healthy food as well as being a very tasty cereal, is one of the foods preferred by vegans. But even if you are not vegan, you should definitely try this recipe.

Ingredients:
- 400 g bulghur
- 1 onion, chopped
- 600 ml vegetables stock
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 potato, diced
- 100 g boiled chickpeas
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp thyme powder
Step by Step:
1. Pour olive oil in a pan and start cooking chopped onions. Then add the bulgur and
cook with the onions.
2. After 5 minutes of cooking, add the vegetable stock and salt to the bulgur and reduce
the temperature of the stove and close the lid of the pan.
3. Add diced potatoes and boiled chickpeas to the olive oil-spice mix and fry in an air
fryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
4. Chop the tomatoes medium dice and mix with olive oil.
5. Finally, after the bulghur has drained, add it in a bowl and place potatoes, chickpeas
and tomatoes. Sprinkle chopped dill and parsley on top and serve it. Enjoy!
