Ingredients:

  • 450 ml milk
  • 60g bitter chocolate (%50 cacao)
  • 45g medium ground coffee
  • Shredded chocolate

Step by step:

 

1. Melt the dark chocolate and divide into mugs.

2. Heat the milk to 65C° by foaming.

3. Pour hot milk into mugs.

4. Prepare two 50 ml double shot espresso.

5. Add the espresso to the chocolate and milk.

6. Sprinkle shredded chocolate on top and serve. Enjoy!
