Ingredients:
- 100 g rolled oat
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp coconut oil
For the Filling:
- 50 g labneh cheese
- 1 kiwi, small dice
- 2 tbsp blueberry
- 1 tbsp sliced almond
Step by Step:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
2. Combine oat, peanut butter and honey in a bowl. Brush small size steel muffin pan
with olive oil. Separate mixture to the muffin pans and dig a hole middle of every
cup. Place baking paper on top of mixture and add some grains for the weight.
3. Bake for 20 minutes. After taking out from oven rest for 30 minutes.
4. Put labneh cheese middle of the cups and place kiwi, blueberry and almond pieces
on top, serve it. Enjoy!
