Ingredients:

  • 300 g ground beef
  • 100 g red kidney beans, ready to use
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 50 g cauliflower
  • 50 g broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 4 pieces green beans, with skin
  • 4 pieces green peas, with skin
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 L water
  • 1 cup grated provolone cheese

Step by Step:

1. Cut all vegetables bite size.

2. Boil water in a pot with salt. Add vegetables and cook for 15 minutes. Drain it.

3. Preheat oven 200°C.

4. In a pan heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic. Add ground beef cook until get

brown. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and spices. Drain beans, add to the mix with

1 cup water, cook for 5 minutes.

5. In an ovenware place vegetable first. Cover vegetables with beef mixture. Sprinkle

provolone cheese on top.

6. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese melt and surface became golden brown.

7. Serve with your favorite salad. Enjoy!
