Ingredients:
- 70 g hazelnut
- 70 g almonds
- 70 g walnut kernels
- 10 g pumpkin seed kernels
- 50 g oats
- 20 ml maple syrup
- 8 dates (large and pitted)
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g dried blueberries
Step by Step:
1. Add all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Pulse/process to crumble the ingredients. Continue to process until you get a
doughy consistency. If the products are too dry, you can add a little water.
3. spread the mixture on a greased 8-inch (20 cm) baking sheet and bake at pre heated
oven 190°C for about 20 minutes.
4. After it is cooked, you can cut it as you wish and store it in a glass jar. Enjoy!
