Ingredients:
● 50 g broccoli
● 50 g purple cauliflower/cauliflower
● 1 carrot
● 1 cup brussels sprout
● 1 tbsp salt + 1 tsp salt
● 1 tsp chili flakes
● 1 tsp parsley, chopped
● 400 ml water
● ½ lemon juice
For the dressing;
● 2 cups unflavored yoghurt
● 1 clove garlic
● 1 tsp salt
● 1 tsp white pepper
● 1 tsp chili flakes
● 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Step by step:
1. Cut broccoli, cauliflower and carrot big as brussels sprouts.
2. Bring to a boil 400 ml water in a pot; add salt. Boil all vegetables in the pot for 5
minutes, and drain it. Took them in a bowl, add lemon juice and 1 tsp salt.
3. Whisk yoghurt and add garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Separate the yoghurt mix in
two serving plates—place vegetables on top.
4. Sprinkle chilli flakes and parsley on top and serve it. Enjoy!
