Ingredients:
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml water
- 50g medium ground coffee
- Cinnamon stick (1-in long)
- Two cardamom pods, two cloves and a teaspoon of crushed fresh ginger
- Two teaspoons of honey
Step by Step:
1. Combine water and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add cinnamon, cardamom pods, cloves, and ginger
3. Stir gently a few times and boil over medium heat two minutes.
4. Add ground coffee and stir.
5. Continue boiling for another 2 minutes.
6. Strain coffee through coffee filter into another pan.
7. Place coffee overheats and bring to a boil until become thick and creamy.
8. Then add the honey and stir gently.
9. Pour to the mugs. Enjoy!
