Ingredients:
● 1 Turkey breast
● Seasonal greens (lettuce, watercress, mint)
● 20 g sliced almond
● 1 red onion
● 10 cherry tomatoes
● 5 cherries
For the dressing;
● 10 cherries, remove the seeds
● 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
● ½ lemon juice
● 1 tablespoon mustard
● 2 tablespoon olive oil
● Salt
Step by step:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Take the Turkey breast on a baking sheet and season with salt and paper. Cover
Turkey breast with another baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
3. After 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet on top of the breast and grill for another
20 minutes.
4. Cut the cherry tomatoes and cherries to half, and cut the red onion julienne.
5. Wash and dry all greens, shred with hands, and set aside.
6. Blend all sauce Ingredients until everything get smooth with the blender, and set
aside.
7. Let the duck out of the oven, rest on the cutting board for 3 minutes and slice it.
8. Mix the seasonal greens with the prepared cherry tomatoes, cherries, and onions
and put them on the plate. Place the sliced duck on it and serve. Enjoy!
