Vegetable Noodles with Duck
Duck is one of the most important ingredients in Chinese cuisine, and when combined with Noodle, it creates an excellent flavor. If you want to eat something delicious, this recipe will definitely give you what you want.

Ingredients:
- 1 piece duck breast
- 2 zucchinis, choose long one
- 2 carrots, choose long one
- Dill, chopped
- 500 ml water
- Salt and pepper
- Cold water
For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Step by Step:
Preheat oven 200°C.
For this recipe use an oven safe pan.
Take room temperature duck breast season with salt and paper. Place it as the skin side down in a cold pan and turn on the low heat. When the skin side turn brown turn over breast. Cook for 3 minutes the turn over again. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients in a saucepan and reduce the sauce for until thick texture. Set aside.
Take zucchini and carrot slice them 2 cm thick slices. Don’t use middle of the zucchini.
Boil the water with salt in a pot, add zucchini and carrot noodles, cook for 2 minutes. Take them in a cold water.
Take the duck breast from oven and rest in the cutting board. Take the pan breast’ cook on heat careful about handle. Add boiled zucchini and carrot slice in pan for 1 minute, stir well. Turn down the heat, add salt and pepper on top.
Slice the breast after cooling down.
For serving take noodle mix on plate place duck breast on top. Drizzle sauce on top and serve hot. Enjoy!
