Helping your kids get up and out of bed every morning can be difficult, but it's even more challenging to try to get them to eat breakfast. You need something that can be cooked quickly, but also tastes good. These easy breakfast ideas for kids will save you time during a busy morning.

Ingredients:

 

● ½ yellow pepper, sliced

● ½ zucchini, sliced

● 2 eggs

● 15 g Milk

● 20 g Cheddar cheese (grated cheese)

● 1 tbsp Butter

● Salt

● Black pepper

 

For the salad;

 

● 120 g Mango

● 120 g Kiwi

● 100 g Orange

● 150 g Full-fat vanilla yogurt

Step by step:

 

1. Whisk the eggs, milk and spices in a small bowl and set aside.

2. Heat butter and saute yellow pepper and zucchini in a pan for 3 minutes. Add the

egg mixture on top, cover the pan and cook for 3 minutes.

3. Wash the fruits thoroughly. After washing, remove the peel using a fruit peeler or

paring knife.

4. Chop all peeled fruits into medium Dice.

5. Mix chopped fruit in a large bowl.

6. Place the omelet on one side of the plate, and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Place fruit salad on another side of the plate and serve it. Enjoy!
