A turmeric smoothie is a great option for a quick and healthy snack. Its made with orange juice, plain yogurt, and turmeric, which is a spice that has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric is also a great way to add flavor to your smoothie without adding any sugar.

·      150 g diced melon

·      120 ml orange juice

·      120 g plain yogurt

·      1 tbsp honey

·      1 ½ tsp ground turmeric

Step by step:


1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend.

2. Blend on high until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

3. Serve chilled in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
