Ingredients
- 1 potato
- 1 zucchini
- 1 fillet of salmon
- ½ lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Thyme
Step by step
1. Preheat oven to 355ºF.
2. Fold a large piece of parchment paper. Lay zucchini and potatoes on the parchment paper, then top with shallot, dill/thyme and lemon slices.
3. Season with salt, pepper, oil and thyme.
4. Fold parchment over salmon.
6. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
