  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 3 soaked dates, chopped
  • 3 almonds
  • ¾ teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup your preferred milk
