Ingredients
- 1 banana, chopped
- 3 soaked dates, chopped
- 3 almonds
- ¾ teaspoon cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 cup your preferred milk
Step by step
1. Blend ingredients.
2. Allow to become smooth puree.
