Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups of carrot
- 3 cups of pumpkin
- 1 fresh turmeric root
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- The juice of 2 oranges
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
Step by step
1. Peel and slice the pumpkin, carrot, onion and fresh turmeric.
2. Lightly fry the onion in a pan. Add the carrot, pumpkin and turmeric.
3. Add water and boil for 10 minutes.
4. Add the orange juice.
5. Blend the soup with the hand blender.
6. Season and serve.
