  • 150g pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 50ml coconut water
  • Juice of 1 lime 

Method:

  1. Cut pineapples into cubes and chop cucumber and apple.
  2. Put the fruit and mint leaves in the blender.
  3. Add the coconut water and lime juice.
  4. Mix until smooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 300ml coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 25g desiccated coconut 
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 25g chia seeds
  • 130g honey

 

Method:

  1. Blend the banana in a blender for 30 to 60 seconds or until pureed.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, coconut milk, vanilla extract, pureed banana, chia seeds and desiccated coconut.
  3. Taste the mixture to see if it needs honey and add to your liking.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate.
  5. Garnish with fruit to serve.

  • 250 ml your preferred milk

 

Method:
