Ingredients
● 80 g onion
● 50 ml olive oil
● 1 teaspoon nutmeg (planed)
● 300 g pumpkin
● Salt and pepper
● 1200 ml water
● 100 g leek
For the topping;
● ½ cup pumpkin seeds
● Parmesan cheese
Step by step
1. Fry the diced onion in olive oil.
2. Add the diced pumpkin, diced leek and sauté.
3. Add the spices and water. Cook the pumpkins until they are soft.
4. Blend it in a blender until smooth.
5. Served with pumpkin seeds and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
