Ingredients.
● 200 g Asparagus
● 200 g potato
● 150 g Leek
● 50 ml Olive oil
● 900 ml Water
● 55-60 g Flour
● 200 ml Coconut cream
● Salt & White, Black pepper.
For the topping;
● Almond
● Chervil
Step by step
1. Chop the asparagus, leek, and potato into big chunks.
2. Then sauté in a pot with olive oil for 5 minutes.
3. Add the flour and continue frying for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add 800 ml of boiled water and cook together for 10-12 minutes.
5. Turn off the heat by adding salt, pepper, and coconut cream to the
mixture.
6. Serve with almonds and chervil on top. Enjoy!
