Ingredients
· 1 small raw beetroot (about 2/3 cup peeled and diced)
· 1 large green apple
· 1 banana
· 80 g mango
· 125 ml water
· 10 ice cubes
Step by step
1. Peel the raw beet, then dice it.
2. Chop the apple, leaving the skin on. Break the banana into pieces.
