Ingredients

● 170 g Buckwheat

● 80 g red kidney beans

● 30 g Butter

● 250 ml Yogurt

● 60 g Egg

● 30 g Flour

● 900 ml Water

● 1 tsp dried Mint

Step by step

1. Boil buckwheat and beans in 900 ml of water.

2. Whisk the yogurt, flour and egg, take it from the boiling soup water and

heat the seasoning, mix it and add it to the soup.

3. Sprinkle dried mint on top and serve it. Enjoy!
