Ingredients:
● 4 tablespoons chia seeds
● 1 cup almond milk
● 2 teaspoons honey
● 1 kiwi, sliced
For the Granola;
● 160 g rolled oats
● 1 tsp cinnamon
● ½ tsp salt
● 80 g maple syrup
● ¼ cup raisin
● ¼ cup walnut
● ¼ cup almond
● ¼ cup hazelnut
● 1 tbsp coconut oil
Step by step Granola:
1. Preheat your oven to 170°C. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set
aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix all granola ingredients and mix nicely.
3. Pour the granola mixture onto your prepared baking sheet. Flatten with the back
of the spoon till you have one even layer.
4. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven, depending on how chewy or crispy you like your
granola. Remove from the oven when you see a golden colour develop on your
granola.
5. Let cool completely before handling.
Step by step Pudding:
1. Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes, then mix again
very well until you see no clumping.
2. Cover the jar and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
3. Serve with granola and sliced kiwi on top. Enjoy!
