Ingredients
● 30 g Butter
● 100 g Onion
● 150 g Turnip
● 100 g Potato
● 30 g Garlic
● 200 ml Milk
● 1 L Water
● 200 ml Cream
● Salt & Pepper
● 1 tsp tumeric
For the topping;
● 150 g Haricot bean
● 1 tbsp paprika
● 5 g chervil
● Salt & pepper
● 1 tsp olive oil
Step by step
1. Peel the vegetables and cut them all into cubes.
2. Soak the haricot beans the night before and boil them with 400 ml of water, reserve
the water for use.
3. Fry the diced onion in butter until translucent.
4. Add the diced turnip and potatoes and fry together for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add water, garlic and spices on it, cook until the vegetables are soft.
6. Add 200 ml of water, make your soup smooth with the help of a blender.
7. In a separate pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, stir-fry the haricot beans for 2 minutes. Turn
off the heat, add paprika, salt and pepper
8. Pour soup on bowls serve with crispy haricot beans and chervil. Enjoy!
