Ingredient
● 30 g organic rolled oats
● 150 ml unsweetened almond milk
● ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
● 60 g grated pumpkin
● 2 tablespoon chia seeds
● 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
● 50 g chopped walnuts to top
● 1 banana, sliced optional
Step by step
1. In a small pot, add almond milk, cinnamon and oats.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat, stirring a few times ~ 3 min.
3. Add in the chia seeds and grated pumpkin.
4. Continue to simmer, stirring occasionally about 4 min until desired texture is
reached.
5. When cooked, remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
6. Top with chopped walnuts and sliced bananas. Enjoy!
