Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 250 g boiled black-eyed peas.
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 small onion (red onion if available)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice (lime-green lemon if available)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Step by Step:

 

1. Cut the avocado into two pieces with a knife.

2. Remove the pit, chop the inside with a knife and put it in a deep bowl with a spoon.

then add the black-eyed peas.

3. Finely chop the onion. Crush the garlic and add it to the bowl with the onion.

4. Chop the tomato into small pieces without removing the seeds. Remove the seeds

from the peppers and chop them in the same way.

5. Put all the chopped ingredients into the bowl.

6. Add salt, black pepper, lemon juice, chopped cilantro and olive oil, mix well, and

serve with chia seeds on top. Enjoy!
