Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh mango
  • 250 g pineapple
  • 200 ml coconut milk.
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 15 g crushed almonds
  • 1 tsp lime juices
  • A pinch of lime zest

Step by step

 

1. To a saucepan add coconut milk, oats, and rice flour, bring it to a boil.

2. Continue to boil until it thickens about 5 minutes.

3. Then remove from the heat and pour into the blender.

4. Add mango, pineapple, and lime juices. Blend ingredients to combine. Then add lime

zest and stir gently.

5. Divide the prepared mousse into suitable serving cups and let it rest in the

refrigerator for 2 hours.

6. Pour cracked almonds on top and serve. Enjoy!
