How to Place a Scent Capsule in Your Tumble Dryer

If your Beko tumble dryer features FreshCaps scent technology, you can enjoy a pleasant

fragrance during each drying cycle. Follow these steps to correctly place the scent capsule

in your dryer:

Step 1: Take the Scent Capsule Out

Start by taking the scent capsule out of its box. This capsule will be placed into a

designated housing inside your dryer.

Step 2: Open the Outer Cover

Press the button located below the housing area to open the outer cover of the scent

capsule slot.

Step 3: Open the Inner Cover

Once the outer cover is open, turn the 3 latches to unlock and open the inner cover of the

scent capsule slot.

Step 4: Place the Scent Capsule

Place the scent capsule into its slot, ensuring that the holes of the capsule are visible

from the outside. This ensures the capsule is in the correct position. If placed in the

opposite direction, the capsule will not release the fragrance.

Step 5: Close the Covers

Replace the inner cover and turn the 3 latches to lock it securely in place. Then close the

outer cover to complete the installation.

By following these steps, your tumble dryer will spread a pleasant fragrance during

operation, enhancing the freshness of your laundry.
