FAQ's

The built-in anti-scale cartridge is designed to reduce limescale build-up that occurs over time. This will prolong the lifespan of your iron. The cartridge must be replaced after every 30 litres of water has been used up.

Most Beko steam generator irons have an indicator light to signal when the cartridge needs changing. Please use cartridges sold by authorised dealers and service centres only.

Remove the new cartridge from its package. Soak it in water for about one minute to enhance its performance. Unplug your iron and let it cool down before removing any parts. Press and release to remove the old cartridge from the slot and push the new one in.

For more information on installing the anti-scale cartridge, please consult your user manual. If you’re having trouble finding your manual, download it here using your product’s model number.
