  • 1 banana
  • 3 soaked dates
  • 3 almonds
  • 4g cocoa powder
  • 1g vanilla extract
  • 1g cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 250ml milk

Step by step

 

1. Blend ingredients.

 

2. Allow to become smooth puree.

 

3. Add remaining milk.

 

4. Pour into a glass.
