  • 200g finely grated zucchini
  • 200g whole wheat flour
  • 50g oat flour
  • 50ml coconut oil
  • 5g baking powder
  • 5g baking soda
  • 5g salt
  • 8g dark cocoa powder
  • 3g nutmeg
  • Coconut sugar
  • Cloves of garlic
  • 20g ground flax seeds
  • 60ml grape juice
  • 50ml milk
  • 5g vanilla extract
  • 15g molasses
  • Tapioca
  • Olive oil

Step by step


1. Preheat oven to 190°C.

2. Add all the ingredients.

3. Stir.

4. Grease a mini bread loaf tray with olive or coconut oil.

5. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
