Ingredients:

·      200 ml cashew milk

·      120 g peanut butter

·      50 g chickpeas, boiled

·      1 banana

·      1 tbsp chia seeds

·      1 tsp cinnamon

·      4 ice cubes

Step by step:

1. Soak chia seeds with milk for 5 minutes.
