Codul Global de Conduita

 

Codul Global de Conduita si Politicile conexe au fost concepute la nivelul Koc, Arcelik si Beko Group – din care face parte si Beko Romania, cu scopul de a implementa in mediul de lucru corporativ cele mai ridicate standarde etice si, de asemenea, pentru a garanta ca modul in care ne desfasuram activitatea este aliniat atat la valorile Grupului cat si la cadrul legislativ aplicabil in tarile in care Grupul, prin companiile sale afiliate, isi desfasoara activitatea.

 

Astfel, ca raspuns la exigentele dictate de actele normative emise la nivelul Uniunii Europene, a fost adoptata Politica Europeana privind Denuntarea Neregulilor/Whistleblowing.

Canale de raportare

 

Puteti raporta incalcari ale Codului Global de Conduita si Politicilor conexe, legilor sau reglementarilor in vigoare, nereguli despre care ati luat cunostinta intr-un context profesional, folosind cu incredere oricare dintre urmatoarele canale interne de raportare:

 

  • trimitandu-ne un e-mail la adresa: compliance.ro@beko.com;
  • completand formularul online de raportare ETHICS HOTLINE;
  • folosind Linia Telefonica gratuita disponibila pentru Romania: 0800-890-438;
  • solicitand o intalnire fata in fata cu Ofiterul de conformitate desemnat la nivelul Companiei

 

 

Ethics Hotline este operat de NAVEX, un furnizor extern independent, care pastreaza confidentialitatea si respecta protectia datelor cu caracter personal. Informatii suplimentare despre politicile de confidentialitate Navex pot fi gasite aici.

Folosim “Ethics hotline” NAVEX pentru a gestiona sesizarile avertizorilor din toate companiile Grupului Koc (lista societatilor aici), fiind necesar ca persoanele care raporteaza sa selecteze compania relevanta (selectati aici).

Accesul la platforma NAVEX este restrictionat – doar cativa membri ai echipelor juridice si de conformitate ale Koc Holding, Arcelik si Beko Group pot accesa toate solicitarile, pe baza principiului de a cunoaste. Ofiterii locali de conformitate au acces doar la cazurile din tara lor si investigheaza respectivele incidente.

 

Va rugam sa aveti in vedere ca Ethics Hotline nu este un Serviciu de Urgenta si, prin urmare, acest canal nu trebuie utilizat pentru raportarea evenimentelor care prezinta o amenintare imediata la adresa vietii sau a proprietatii private.

De asemenea, va rugam sa tineti cont de faptul ca Ethics Hotline nu este destinat reclamatiilor care privesc produsele sau serviciile Companiei. In acest scop va rugam sa accesati unul din canalele noastre de comunicare, disponibile la sectiunea Contact.

 

Prin intermediul Ethics Hotline:

 

  • Puteti raporta anonim, cu mentiunea ca sesizarile anonime sunt luate in considerare si vor fi analizate daca ofera suficiente informatii despre incalcarea raportata;
  • Aveti posibilitatea de a selecta limba in care doriti sa aiba loc comunicarea;
  • Asiguram disponibilitatea unui mijloc de raportare 24/7. Daca linia telefonica este indisponibila, utilizati formularul online Ethics hotline; veti introduce o parola care nu poate fi recuperata sau resetata ulterior. Mentionati in raport daca intampinati probleme cu linia telefonica;
  • Va puteti adresa partenerului extern pentru a solicita raportarea in cadrul unei intalniri directe iar Ofiterul de conformitate desemnat din partea Companiei va va contacta ulterior.

Cand raportati prin intermediul Ethics Hotline, vi se va solicita sa furnizati doar informatii esentiale, care nu au drept scop identificarea individuala, cum ar fi: tara in care va aflati (pentru a ne asigura ca respectam legislatia privind confidentialitatea datelor cu caracter personal), tara si orasul in care a avut loc incidentul (permite furnizorului NAVEX sa informeze corect Ofiterul de conformitate responsabil).

 

Pentru a raporta incalcari care privesc Beko Romania, va rugam sa selectati „Arcelik-Beko” in campul „Selectati compania relevanta din Grupul Koc la care se refera incidentul”, respectiv „Beko Romania S.A.” in campul „Selectati locatia in care a avut loc incidentul”.

 

Prin intermediul formularului online “Ethics Hotline” aveti acces la un portal unde puteti urmari evolutia cazului: puteti vizualiza intrebarile adresate, raspunsurile primite, precum si orice comentarii sau intrebari transmise de companie.

 

Va incurajam sa folositi canalele interne de raportare prezentate anterior. Totusi, puteti opta intre canalul intern si cel extern de raportare. Potrivit legislatiei in vigoare, canalul extern de raportare poate fi:

 

  • Agentia Nationala de Integritate, care primeste sesizari din partea avertizorilor de interes public prin canalele indicate pe site-ul www.integritate.eu;
  • Autoritatile si institutiile publice care au competenta sa primeasca si sa solutioneze raportari in domeniul specific;
  • Alte autoritati si institutii publice carora ANI le transmite raportarile spre rezolvare.

 

Pentru a solutiona, documenta si arhiva sesizarea Dumneavoastra va vom prelucra datele cu caracter personal, cu respectarea cerintelor legale in materie. Pentru informatii detaliate privind identitatea operatorilor si modul in care datele dvs. cu caracter personal sunt colectate, utilizate si partajate, va rugam sa consultati “Nota de informare privind raportarea interna a incalcarilor de etica & conformitate si gestionarea incidentelor”, de mai jos:.

Global Code of Conduct

 

The Global Code of Conduct and its related Policies were developed at Koç, Arçelik, and Beko Group – of which Beko Romania is a part – with the aim of implementing the highest ethical standards in the corporate environment and also to ensure that the way we conduct our business is aligned with both the Group’s values and the applicable legal framework in the countries where the Group, through its affiliated companies operates.

 

Accordingly, in response to requirements set forth by regulations issued at the European Union level, the European Whistleblowing Policy has been adopted.

You can report violations of the Global Code of Conduct and related Policies, applicable laws or regulations, or any irregularities you become aware of in a professional context, using any of the following internal reporting channels:

 

  • By sending an email to: compliance.ro@beko.com;
  • By completing the ETHICS HOTLINE online reporting form;
  • By using the toll-free phone line available in Romania: 0800-890-438;
  • By requesting a face-to-face meeting with the Compliance Officer designated at the Company level.

 

The Ethics Hotline is operated by NAVEX, an independent external provider that maintains confidentiality and complies with data protection regulations. Additional information on NAVEX privacy policies can be found here.

We use the NAVEX “Ethics Hotline” to manage whistleblower reports across all Koç Group companies (company list here), and it is necessary for reporting individuals to select the relevant company (select here).

 

Access to the NAVEX platform is restricted—only a few members of the legal and compliance teams of Koç Holding, Arçelik, and Beko Group can access all reports, based on a “need-to-know” principle. Local compliance officers have access only to cases from their own country and investigate those incidents.

 

Please note that the Ethics Hotline is not an emergency service and, therefore, this channel should not be used to report events that pose an immediate threat to life or private property.

 

Also, the Ethics Hotline is not intended for complaints regarding the Company’s products or services. For such matters, please use one of our communication channels listed in the Contact section.

 

Through the Ethics Hotline:

 

  • You can report anonymously, noting that anonymous reports are taken into consideration and will be reviewed if they provide sufficient information about the reported violation;
  • You have the option to select the language for communication;
  • A 24/7 reporting method is ensured. If the phone line is unavailable, use the Ethics Hotline online form; you will enter a password that cannot be recovered or reset later. Mention in your report if you experience issues with the phone line;
  • You can contact the external partner to request reporting during a direct meeting, and the designated Company Compliance Officer will follow up with you.

 

When reporting via the Ethics Hotline, you will be asked to provide only essential information that is not intended to identify you personally, such as: the country you are in (to ensure compliance with personal data privacy laws), and the country and city where the incident occurred (so NAVEX can correctly inform the responsible Compliance Officer).

 

To report violations concerning Beko Romania, please select “Arçelik-Beko” in the field “Select the relevant Koç Group company to which the incident relates” and “Beko Romania S.A.” in the field “Select the location where the incident occurred.”

 

Through the Ethics Hotline online form, you have access to a portal where you can track the progress of the case: you can view questions asked, responses received, as well as any comments or questions submitted by the company.

 

We encourage you to use the internal reporting channels presented above. However, you may choose between internal and external reporting channels. According to applicable law, the external reporting channel may be:

 

  • The National Integrity Agency (ANI), which receives public interest whistleblower reports through the channels indicated on www.integritate.eu;
  • Authorities and public institutions competent to receive and resolve reports in the specific area;
  • Other authorities and public institutions to which ANI forwards reports for resolution.

 

To resolve, document, and archive your report, we will process your personal data in compliance with legal requirements. For detailed information regarding the identity of the operators and how your personal data is collected, used, and shared, please refer to the “Privacy Notice regarding internal reporting of ethics & compliance infringements” below.
