Ingredients

  •  50 g arborio Rice
  •  250 ml water
  •  350 ml milk
  •  2 tsp Stevia
  •  2 egg yolk
  •  1 tsp chia seeds
  •  One vanilla stick

Step by step

 

1. Preheat the oven 240°C

2. To a saucepan add water and rice, bring it to a boil.

3. Continue to boil for 5 minutes. Then drain the rice.

4. To a large pot pour milk and rice. Boil the milk for 15 minutes, stirring gently.

5. Whisk the egg yolks.

6. Whisk by pouring the hot milk little by little so that it does not cook Add egg yolks to the pot

(so slow) and stirring gently. Continue to cook 5 more minutes

7. Cut the vanilla stick vertically and add it to the rice pudding, cook for 2 minutes and add

chia seeds and remove from the heat. Let the rice pudding rest for about 10 minutes.

8. Fill evenly into souffle cups.

9. Bake in oven for 10 minutes until rice pudding surface become golden brown color.

10. Then take rice pudding from the oven and let it cool down.

11. After cooling, keep in the refrigerator for 6 hours and serve. Enjoy!
