Ingredients:
- 150 g yoghurt
- 50 g walnut powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp tarragon, chopped
- 1 sweet green apple
Step by Step:
1. Mix the yoghurt, walnut, salt and 1 tsp of tarragon.
2. Clean and blend the apples. Freeze it for 10 minutes and fluff up with fork freeze 10
more minutes. Use it like granita.
3. Serve yoghurt with granita and 1 of tarragon. Enjoy!
