Ingredients
- 200g finely grated zucchini
- 200g whole wheat flour
- 50g oat flour
- 50ml coconut oil
- 5g baking powder
- 5g baking soda
- 5g salt
- 8g dark cocoa powder
- 3g nutmeg
- Coconut sugar
- Cloves of garlic
- 20g ground flax seeds
- 60ml grape juice
- 50ml milk
- 5g vanilla extract
- 15g molasses
- Tapioca
- Olive oil
Step by step
1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
2. Add all the ingredients.
3. Stir.
4. Grease a mini bread loaf tray with olive or coconut oil.
5. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
