Falafel Bowl
When we think of meatballs, we always think of ground beef meatballs. It is, however, incredibly simple to make wonderful meatballs without using minced beef. Falafel is also known as Lebanese meatballs. It is totally vegan in this regard. We urge that you try this recipe, which is delicious and easy to prepare. If youve already prepped the ingredients, lets get started on the recipe.

Ingredients:
For mini falafel:
- 200 g chickpeas
- Half an onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 20 g coriander
- 20 g parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 30 g oat flour
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped
For Sour Cream;
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml soy cream
- 40 g coconut powder
- Juice and zest of 2 limes
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp capers
Step by Step:
1. For mini falafel, boil the chickpeas that have been soaked in water the night before.
Then transfer to a food processor. Then add onion, garlic, coriander and parsley. (You
can check the texture and add boiled chickpea juice if it is too dry.) Mix oat flour and
spices, add to falafel and mix. After the kneading phase of the falafel mixture is over, it
is shaped into small falafels and fried in an Air fryer at 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
(Falafels should be checked while cooking.)
2. For Sour Cream, start by heating the coconut milk and soy cream in a saucepan. Then
add the coconut powder. Take it off the stove when it thickens. Add 2 lime juice/zest
and spices to the sauce whose temperature has decreased and mix.
3. Pour sour cream on bottom the plate and place falafels on top. Serve with chopped dill.
Enjoy!
